Qatar Condemns Attacks on Police Station in Indonesia

Doha, May 16 (QNA) - The State of Qatar strongly condemned the attacks that targeted a police station on the Indonesian island of Sumatra, killing one policeman and injuring two people. In a statement issued on Wednesday, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm position of rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of the motives and justifications. The statement voiced the State of Qatar's condolences to the families of victims, the government and the people of Indonesia, wishing the wounded a speedy recovery. (QNA)
