Qatar, Costa Rica Sign Air Transport Agreement

Doha, April 01 (QNA) - HE Minister of Transport Jassim bin Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti and Costa Rica's Foreign Minister, Enrique Castillo, now visiting Qatar, signed here on Tuesday an air transport agreement between the two countries. The air transport agreement between Qatar and Costa Rica is considered an "open-skies" agreement which entitles the national carrier / Qatar Airways / to operate flights between Doha and Costa Rica via any intermediate point, and with full traffic rights for passengers and freight. The agreement signing ceremony was attended by Costa Rican ambassador to Qatar HE Luis Alberto Guill?n Downing. (QNA)
