Qatar Embassy in Eritrea Celebrates National Day

Asmara, December 18 (QNA) - Qatar's Ambassador to Eritrea HE Mohammed bin Isa Al Manna has hosted a reception on the occasion of Qatar National Day of the country. The function was attended by President Isaias Afwerki of the State of Eritrea, Foreign minister Osman Saleh, Minister of Works and Construction Abraha Asafaha, and Justice Minister Fawzia Hashim, Minister of Tourism Askalo Menkerios and Mufti of Eritrea Sheikh Al Amin Osman as well as a number of senior officials of the ruling party, members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Eritrea and a number of dignitaries. President Isaias Afwerki asked HE the Ambassador Al Manna to convey his greetings and congratulations on this occasion to HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, and HH the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, and his wishes for the State of Qatar and its people of further progress and prosperity. It is worth mentioning that the Eritrean President participates for the first time in a national day celebration on the level of diplomatic missions accredited to the State of Eritrea. (QNA)
