Qatar Embassy in UAE Celebrates National day

Abu Dhabi, December 18 (QNA) - Qatar's Ambassador to UAE he Faris bin Roumi Al-Nuaimi held here today a reception on the occasion of the Qatar National Day . The function was attended by UAE Minister of Energy Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrui, Minister of State Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Sultan Al Jaber, Chairman of the National Advisory Council Abdullah Al Masoud, Assistant Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs Khalid Ghanim Al Ghaith, Assistant Secretary-General of the Public Authority for Youth Welfare Abdul Mohsen Al-Dosari as well as a large number of senior officials and dignitaries, civilians and military personnel, and heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions and media persons. The reception was also attended by Qatari students attending military and police colleges in the UAE. HE Faris bin Roumi Al-Naimi , said in a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) that the National Day is a good memory to follow the efforts of the founder of the State of Qatar the late Sheikh Jassim bin Mohamed bin Thani, who felt from the first moment his sense of national requirements and steps towrads establishing a modern state of Qatar . HE the Ambassador added: We take this occasion to renew our pledge of allegiance and loyalty to our homeland , and to HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani .(QNA)
