Qatar Panel Visits Jakarta for UN Crime Congress Talks

Jakarta, October 28 (QNA) - A Qatar delegation from the Ministry of Interior's (MoI) department held preparatory talks with Indonesian envoys ahead of the 13th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice. Chairman of the UN Congress Preparatory Committee Major General Dr. Abdullah Yusuf Al Mal led the talks in Jakarta yesterday with Indonesian envoys, the Public Relations Department of the MoI said Tuesday. HE the State of Qatar's Ambassador to Indonesia Muhammad Khater Al Khater along with delegates from the United Nations. During the meeting the officials discussed Qatar's preparations for the conference in addition to all the topics on its agenda and coordination between the two sides on the unofficial discussions that will be held next month in Vienna and draft of Doha Declaration, the MoI added.
