Qatar to Participate in Cultural Exchange Programme in Japan

Doha, September 20 (QNA) - A delegation representing the Ministry of Youth and Sports' Youth Affairs Department will take part in a cultural exchange program organized by the Japanese government for the first time during the period from September 23 to October 8 with the participation of 7 countries. The program includes three main aspects: the first will be an international youth conference which will discuss the youth important issues and will include discuss on the role of youth at this stage, in addition presentations by each participating country. The second will feature visits to the most important monuments and government institutions in Japan in addition to visits the most important cities of Japan and an audience with the Crown Prince of Japan. The third will feature the Qatari delegation's residing with Japanese families to get to know more on Japanese culture, customs and traditions also show Qatar's customs and heritage.(QNA)
