Qatar Participates in the GCC Ministers of Transport Extraordinary Meeting

Doha, June 25 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Transport and Communications Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti led the State of Qatar's delegation to the extraordinary meeting of the GCC Ministers of Transport and Communications, held at the headquarters of the GCC General Secretariat in Riyadh. During the meeting, Their Excellencies the ministers discussed a number of important topics, including the GCC railway project, the GCC partnership in navigational assistance and standard controls for licensing the ship inspecting companies as well as the single guidelines for traffic controllers. Their Excellencies the Undersecretaries of Transport and Communications held earlier a preparatory meeting for the extraordinary ministerial meeting. (QNA)
