Qatar Participates in Global High-level Partnership Meeting for Development Cooperation

Mexico City, April 16 (QNA) - Qatari Assistant Foreign Minister for International Cooperation HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani participated in the first meeting of a high-level global partnership for effective development cooperation. The meeting held in preparation for the drafting of the comprehensive development plan for after 2015, currently in session in the Mexican States from April 15 to 16. HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani headed the Qatari delegation on behalf of HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah. HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met on the sidelines of the conference with a number of senior officials, including Mexican Deputy Foreign Minister Juan Baji Prinya who is also Director General of the Mexican International Cooperation Agency, Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Lillian Pullman and Under- Secretary General of the Organization of the United Nations Economic and Social Affairs Wu Hongbo .
