Qatari Embassy in Senegal Marks National Day

Dakar, December 19 (QNA) - HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Republic of Senegal Saree bin Ali Al Qahtani has held a reception at his residence, on the occasion of Qatar National Day . The ceremony was attended by Senegalese Minister of Tourism and Air Transport Abdoulaye Diouf, representing the Government of Senegal, Arab and foreign ambassadors accredited to Senegal, representatives of international organizations in addition to a number of lower House of Parliament members , businessmen and managers of public and private institutions, religious leaders and the press persons. During the ceremony, the Senegalese Minister discussed with HE the Ambassador the distinguished relations between the two countries under the wise leadership of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani and President Macky Sall of the Republic of Senegal. The attendees praised the hospitality and warm reception, wishing HH the Emir good health and wellness and people of Qatar further progress and prosperity.(QNA)
