Qatari Embassy in Sudan Celebrates National Day

Khartoum, December 19 (QNA) - Qatar's Embassy in Sudan held a reception ceremony to mark Qatar's National Day attended by Sudan's Oil Minister Awad Ahmed al-Jaz representing the Sudanese President, and a number of Sudanese officials. HE Qatar's ambassador in Khartoum Ali bin Hassan Al Hammadi, who is also the dean of the diplomatic corps, met with a number of figures participated in the ceremony including Assistant to the Sudanese President Musa Mohamed Ahmed, Chairman of Darfur Regional Authority (DRA) Tijani el-Sissi, and a large number of leaders of political parties, chief editors and businessmen unions, as well as academic, intellectual, cultural figures, the heads of diplomatic missions accredited to Khartoum and the Qatari community in Sudan.
