Oslo, February 28 (QNA) - HE Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani met here on Tuesday at his residence with Norway's Minister of Petroleum and Energy Ola Borten Moe.
