Qatar's Defence Ministry, RUSI Sign Cooperation Agreement

London, May 15 (QNA) The Ministry of Defence has signed a training cooperation agreement with the Royal United Services Institute for Defense and Security Studies (RUSI) in London. The agreement was signed for the Qatari side by Major General Fahd bin Mubarak Al-Khayarin, Commander of Ahmed Bin Mohammed Military College, and for the RUSI by Dr. Jonathan Eyal, Associate Director, Strategic Research Partnerships. The agreement aims to provide educational lectures to train officers of the Qatari armed forces to build analytical capabilities, as well as learn basic tools for operational and strategic military planning.
