Qatar's Embassy in Argentina Celebrates National Day

Buenos Aires, December 21 (QNA) - HE Qatar's Ambassador to Argentina Fahad bin Ibrahim Al-Hamad Al-Mana hosted here today a reception on the occasion of Qatar's National Day. The function was attended by Claudia Desm Abdullah, the governor of the province of Santiago Del Estero, Ambassador Hernan Plorutti, Director of North Africa and the Middle East Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Edward Trueba, Deputy Director of Protocol, as well as members of the Senate and the House of Representatives and a number of Argentinean officials, in addition to Arab and foreign ambassadors accredited to the Republic of Argentina. The event drew a number of businessmen and representatives of the oil and gas companies as well as media, intellectual and sporting figures, university professors and heads of Islamic centers, in addition to the local and international organizations and associations of human rights and representatives of the civil society organizations. On this occasion, HE Ambassador extended sincere congratulations to HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani and HE the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani. (QNA)
