QNA Holds Information Technology Workshop

Doha, May 04 (QNA) - QNA has on Sunday organized a workshop on modern information technology for delegations from GCC news agencies as part of a workshop series to train field cadres. The three-day workshop tackles issues related to technological challenges and the latest technological advances in dealing with news besides the mechanism of reaching the audience through smart device applications and social media. QNA holds workshops and courses in line with Emiri Order No. 51 of 2009, which entrusted it of organizing training courses and workshops to develop the capacities of participants and increase their professional standards through ongoing training and development programs. The workshop sees 13 participants from Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and GCC general secretariat take part. (QNA)
