R.Barsbold elected as head of Asian Society for Dinosaur Studies

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A Mongolian paleontologist and geologist Dr Barsbold Rinchen has been elected as a director of the Asian Society for Dinosaur Studies (ASDS). The Society officially has been founded recently by scientists of Mongolia, Russia, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea and Thailand, and its headquarters is located in Katsuyasa city, Japan. Main purpose of the ASDS is to deliver to the public true and scientific information on new discoveries and findings of dinosaurs. It will hold scientific conferences around the world every two years.
