RCA to finance Dh22m projects in Palestine

Abu Dhabi (WAM): The UAE Red Crescent Authority (RCA) has signed two agreements with Palestine Tomorrow for Social Development (PTSD) under which it will finance development projects in Palestine at a total cost of AED 22 million. The agreements were signed by Dr Mohammed Atiq Al Falahi, RCA Secretary General and Salam Fayad, PTSD Chairman. The first agreement provides for development of agricultural well in the West Bank and other areas at a total cost of AED 12.9 million, while the second agreement targets projects worth AED 9.1 million for provision of water and electricity services, as well as supporting education, economy and social development. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
