RCO secretary-general receives GPIC cash donation

Manama, July 17 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO), Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed Al-Ameen, received the President of the Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC), Dr. Abdulrahman Jawahery. Dr. Al-Ameen received a cash donation from GPIC and another from its employees, as part of their efforts to support RCO’s charitable and humanitarian work. Dr. Jawahery lauded the efforts exerted by RCO to support charitable and humanitarian work in Bahrain and abroad, under the leadership of the Representative of HM the King for charity Work and Youth Affairs, and RCO’s Board of Trustees Chairman, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. He stressed GPIC’s support for humanitarian projects that benefit the Bahraini people, in line with its commitment to the principle of community partnership, and keenness to promote the charity work culture among the members of the Bahraini society. RCO secretary-general praised GPIC’s constant efforts to support charity and humanitarian work, valuing highly its services to the Bahraini society. He also paid tribute to GPIC’s employees for their donation, and support for humanitarian work in the kingdom.
