Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s inauguration kicks off

Baku, Azerbaijan, Aug. 28 By Elchin Mehdiyev - Trend: The inauguration of Turkey's newly elected president Recep Tayyip Erdogan has kicked off, TRT Haber reported. The inauguration ceremony is being attended by many heads of states and governments, as well as foreign ministers. Azerbaijan is being represented at the event by the Prime Minister Artur Rasizade. Turkey held the presidential election on Aug. 10. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who gained 51.8 percent of the vote, won the election. Current Turkish President Abdullah Gul will leave office Aug. 28.
