Regulator allows 11 companies in Brazil to export dairy products to Russia

MOSCOW, July 8. /TASS/. The Russian veterinary and phytosanitary monitoring authority Rosselkhoznadzor has allowed 11 companies in Brazil to export dairy products to Russia, the regulator said in a statement on Wednesday. The statement was issued after the meeting of the regulator’s head Sergey Dankvert with the Brazilian delegation. The regulator said the Brazilian companies are allowed to supply dairy products to Russia on condition that the supplies are secured by the veterinary service of Brazil According to the regulator, currently, 13 Brazilian companies have the permission to export their dairy products to Russia. In its turn, Brazil plans to inspect the Russian fisheries in September before granting them a permission to export their products to the country. Before the inspection the Russian fisheries are allowed to export their products to the federal republic on condition that they are secured by the Russian regulator. Read more
