Reloading of confiscated Iranian oil in Greece starts

Tehran, IRNA – Iranian-flagged tanker, Lana, started reloading its seized oil by the United States in Greece last night, Iran’s Ports and Maritime Organization announced. The cargo of Lana belonging to a private Iranian company was confiscated by the Greek Government at the demand of the US in May, Managing Director of Ports and Maritime Organization Ali Akbar Safaei said. At that time, the Iranian-flagged oil tanker was at the Greek coast due to technical failure, Safaei added. The Greek court released the cargo of Lana after the necessary measures were taken by the Islamic Republic of Iran to follow up the case, he underlined.
