Representatives Of 40 Countries Visit Iran Red Crescent Societies

Tehran, April 23, IRNA – Representatives from 40 world countries as well as active international organizations engaged in humanitarian affairs here on Tuesday visited Iran Red Crescent society textile industry and Helal Iran Medical Devices Co. The world countriesˈ representatives are currently in Tehran to participate in the 8th MENA conference comprising Red Cross and Red Crescent societies in Middle East and North Africa opened here on April 21 . They also visited the production line of emergency and temporary tents, first aid bags, sleeping bags and relief blankets. Iran Red Crescent society ranked first in terms of producing relief products in the region. Representatives from Germany, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Britain, Sweden, Denmark, Japan, Algeria, Egypt, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria are attending the gathering./end
