Baku, Azerbaijan, July 27 Trend: The results of the referendum on making amendments to Azerbaijan’s constitution will be announced before Oct.21, Azerbaijan’s Central Election commission said during its meeting July 27. The referendum on amendments to Azerbaijan’s constitution was scheduled for September 26.
