RI To Host 5Th Green Forum Of Asia-Pacific Countries

Jakarta, Feb 19 (Antara) - Surabaya city in the East Java province will host the 5th Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Forum (3R Forum) for Asia-Pacific countries on February 25-27. "Surabaya has being chosen as the host of the 3R Forum due to its success in waste management," Deputy Minister of Environment Rasio Ridho Sani stated here on Wednesday. According to Rasio, the Surabaya forum will be attended by 400 delegates from 33 countries, seven cities in Asia, and representatives from the United Nations, donor countries, international organizations, Indonesian ministries, local governments, NGOs, and academicians.
