Royal Guard President receives PSJF's commander

Manama, Aug. 7 (BNA): His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the National Guard today received Major-General Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Bluewi the Commander of the Peninsula Shield Joint Forces (PSJF). HH Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed congratulated the recently-appointed commander, wishing him success in his duties, and stressed the role undertaken by the Peninsula Shield Joint Forces in safeguarding the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States' boundaries and deterrence against any external dangers or hegemony, praising the PSJF's efforts in consolidating the GCC countries' shared bonds and common goal. The commander praised His Highness's efforts in the National Guard modernization and safeguarding the Kingdom's security and protection of its accomplishments.
