HANOI, January 24. /TASS/. Russia will help Vietnam in training various military specialists, Russian Deputy Defense Minister Lt. Gen. Alexander Fomin told reporters on Tuesday. According to the defense official, the Vietnamese side was also interested in cooperation on issues of peacekeeping, including educational programs for related military units in various Russian educational facilities.
