"Safety First" conference starts

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Annual conference and exhibition of mining sector themed "Safety First" started Thursday in Erdenet, second biggest city of Mongolia. The two-day action, being organized by the Mongolian National Mining Association, is running in two parts themed "Government policy and sides' participation" and "Management system and Best experiences" in occupational safety and health sector /OSH/. Lectures and discussions are being given on amendments to the law on the OSH, its present situation and urgent issues. The attendees are head staffers of the Labor Ministry, Specialized Inspection Organization, Mongolian Employers Federation, Standardization and Measurement organization.
