Visiting Seoul Mayor Park Won-soon and Bangkok Governor MR Sukhumbhand Paribatra signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on building up exchanges and cooperation between the two sister cities in the Thai capital on July 7, marking their advancing relations into the 11th year. The Bangkok governor said that relations between Seoul and Bangkok have remained sound since the first MOU was signed on June 16, 2006.
