The company, which owns the concession, will build two main structures with its own capital and money from other subjects. The first building will be a sewage plant with a capability of deeply refining 200 cubic meters sewage waters emitted by the city’s central sewage plant (CSP). As of present, the CSP is refining 30% of the sewage waters of the city, the new plant is expected to refine up to 90% of the waters. The second building is a power station with 100 MWT, exploited by sewage waters from the new plant. The energy produced by the station will be supplied to the central region’s energy system. In accordance with the contract, the state is to not be responsible for a financial support to the construction works for ensuring a guarantee, but will buy energy produced by the power station.
