Shimon Peres gives lecture at ADA University

Baku, October 2, AZERTAC Former President of Israel Shimon Peres has delivered a lecture to students of ADA University. Rector of the university Hafiz Pashayev highlighted the life and activity of Shimon Peres. The former Israeli President recalled his visit to Azerbaijan six years ago, saying considerable development processes have taken place in the country. He drew the students` attention to global political developments. Mr Peres stressed the necessity of strengthening efforts in the fight against terrorism, extremism and discrimination. He hailed the importance of science and education. Shimon Peres also responded to students' questions.
