Shura Chairman congratulates Jordan on Independence Day

Manama, May 24 (BNA): Shura Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh sent a cable of congratulations to Jordan’s Senate President Faisal Akef Al Fayez marking his country’s Independence Day. The Shura Chairman also congratulated Speaker of the House of Representatives, Atef Yousef Al-Tarawneh, in a similar cable. The Shura Chairman hailed the historical bilateral relations, chiefly in the parliamentary field, looking forward to expanding cooperation to broader perspectives.  He wished the Kingdom of Jordan and its people further Progress and prosperity.
