Shura Council affirms allegiance to the wise leadership

Manama, Aug.3(BNA): The Shura Council today rallied behind the wise leadership in confronting blatant Iranian interference and subversive designs to destabilise Bahrain, undermine its security and fuel sectarian strife between its people. Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al-Saleh, members as well as the General- Secretary and staff submitted a National Document to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa. The council reiterated unwavering allegiance to the wise leadership and firm belonging to the Kingdom of Bahrain, slamming Iranian interference and subversive designs. The document rejects any attempt to encroach on the fundamentals and pillars of the reform project, the democratic march and national unity. The council stressed its national responsibility to support all that serves the interest of the homeland, maintains its security and stability and protects the unity of its people.
