Shura delegation to head to Cairo tomorrow

Manama, May 26 (BNA): A Shura Council delegation will head tomorrow – Friday – to Egypt to attend the final sessions of the Arab Parliament on May 28 – June 1 at the Arab League Headquarters in Cairo. Led by Legislative and Legal Affairs Committee Head, AP Legislative, Legal and Human Rights Affairs Committee Vice Chairperson Dalal Jassim Al-Zayed, the delegation includes also Foreign Affairs, Defence and National Security Committee member Abdulrahman Mohammed Jamsheer, who is also member of the AP Foreign and Political Affairs and National Security. The sessions will discuss the current developments unfolding in the Arab region, in addition to other key issues featuring on the agenda. The delegation will also take part in the 3rd Arab Parliamentarians' Conference and the Conference on Arab Mechanisms related to human rights and Arab national security.
