Six bridges in Bangkok to be repaired

BANGKOK, Nov 5 (TNA) - Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA)'s inspection found six bridges in the capital are now damaged and have to be repaired urgently. BMA’s Construction and Maintenance Office Director said structural surveys of 1,000 reinforced concrete bridges found six bridges need to be repaired as soon as possible. One of six bridges is Saphan Sung Bang Sue near Siam Cement Public Company Limited Headquarters. BMA has already sought budget totaling 90 million baht to spend on repairs. He added that motorists do not have to worry because repairs will be made only at night time. (TNA)
