Social security, cohesion among principles of Islam

Manama, Feb. 11 (BNA): The Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs (SCIA)'s Deputy Chairman, Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Khalifa, described the preservation of community security as one of the tenets of Islam required to achieve the community development, prosperity and welfare. He urged the preservation of national unity, security and stability and commitment to them. Shaikh Abdulrahman received the delegation of the board members of Bahrain Community and National Consensus Society led by the society's chairman AbdulMohsen Habeeb Al Meqdad. The society has recently been officially registered which aims to boost the values of societal peace and consensus and to consolidate the love of the nation in the community and to protect youth and adolescents from malicious exploitation. He praised the goals of the society aimed at boosting societal cohesion, citizenship, loyalty to the nation and spreading the noble values and morals, wishing the society success in achieving its noble goals. The delegation also included Taqi Hassan Bin Rajab the deputy chairman, board members Dr. Jameela Mansour Al Sammack, Ali Hassan Al Nayme, Dr. Abdulrahman Al Sayed Ahmed and board secretary Mahmoud Bin Rajab.
