Some Four Thousand Students To Greet President

Biak, Papua, Aug 21 (Antara)- Some 4,086 students of elementary, junior, and senior high schools in Biak Numfor District, Papua Province, will greet President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono during his visit to the district on August 24-25, 2014. The students will line up along the roads where the president`s convoy will pass during the transit in Biak, Kamaruddin, the head of the Biak education office stated here on Thursday. On Sunday, the students will wear Batik shirts, and on Monday, they will wear uniforms. They will carry small "Red and White" flags. President Yudhoyono will visit West Papua Province to attend the peak event of the international maritime event Sail Raja Ampat on August 23, 2014, and inaugurate several development projects in Papua Province on August 24-25, 2014.
