Speaker receives NIHR President

Manama, May 6 (BNA): Representatives Council Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla received today President of the National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) Dr. Abdulaziz Abul. He stressed the importance of highlighting Bahrain's human rights achievements and communicating with the international organisations to reveal the truth and the civilisational initiatives taken by Bahrain to boost and protect human rights. He also underscored the importance of cooperation between the Representatives Council and NIHR, lauding the institution's outstanding efforts in fostering human rights, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
