Speaker receives outgoing Tunisian envoy

Manama, June 10 (BNA): Council of Representatives Speaker Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mullah has today received outgoing Tunisian Ambassador Mohammed bin Youssef. The Speaker stressed the necessity of expanding cooperation between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Tunisia and strengthening pan-Arab work. He commended the role played by the outgoing ambassador to strengthen joint ties, stressing the importance of developing parliamentary cooperation and exchanging expertise. The Tunisian envoy hailed Bahrain’s development strides, thanking the Speaker for his efforts to strengthen cooperation. He reiterated his country’s keenness on consolidating bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Bahrain.
