State Migration Service`s chief meets Vietnamese ambassador

Baku, December 3 (AzerTAc). Chief of Azerbaijan State Migration Service Arzu Rahimov met Friday ambassador of Vietnam to the country Fam Suan Shon. Rahimov congratulated the ambassador on his new appointment. He spoke of the relationship between Azerbaijan and Vietnam, underlining the role of national leader Heydar Aliyev in development of it. Rahimov also briefed the diplomat on the ongoing reforms in migration sphere in Azerbaijan as well as the consequences of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. For his part, Ambassador Fam Suan Shon spoke of economic cooperation between the two countries, expressing confidence that bilateral migration cooperation would develop, as well. The sides also discussed other issues of mutual interest.
