Successes Made in Producing Electronic Goods

Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) -- The on-going 70-day campaign stimulates factories and institutes under the Ministry of Electronics Industry in the DPRK to develop high-quality electronic goods and increase their production. The Taedonggang TV Set Factory has over-fulfilled its daily quota over 120 percent from the first day of the campaign. The Institute of Electronic Goods under the Electronic Gadget Management Bureau developed a voltage-frequency regulator for controlling the speed of asynchronous motor by its own efforts. The motor is smaller and lighter than existing ones and has a long serviceable life. The Designing Institute of Electronics and Automation presented a new wind-powered generator. And the Pyongyang Automation Appliances Factory speeds up the production of quality deep-freezer and electric fan. -0-
