Supreme Judicial Council holds workshop

Manama, Feb. 7 (BNA): Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) has organised a workshop entitled " Quadrilateral analysis and strategic planning for judicial development" for the affiliates of SJC's Secretariat General, Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments and National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR). The workshop aims to develop administrative mechanisms at the secretariat-general. The participants discussed mechanisms and requirements of preparing action plans in the judicial field, through applying quadrilateral analysis in order to upgrade the directorates' performance and enhance the skills of the general-secretariat's departments. International Expert in Courts and Judiciary Management at the United Kingdom Joy Coles and International Expert Steven Logan conducted the workshop, which addressed the implementation of SJC's goals in line with the plan of the judiciary branch for 2020, which develops the judiciary work in order to achieve Bahrain Vision 2030. The secretariat-general prepared a development plan for the administrative improvement of its affiliates, in order to build the employees' skills through workshops, seminars and lectures and design frameworks of modern management at SJC, out of the council's belief that planning and changing is an on-going process that aims to achieve the desired goals of the judicial system.
