Swiss Gov't Voices Readiness To Help Iran’s Quake-stricken

Tehran, Aug 13, IRNA – The government of Switzerland announced its readiness for sending humanitarian aid to the quake-stricken people of East Azarbaijan province in northwestern Iran. Swiss deputy envoy in Iran submitted the written message of his government regarding the readiness for helping the quake-stricken people of East Azarbaijan province. Two devastating earthquakes measuring 6.3 and 6.4 on the Richter scale rocked Saturday the villages of East Azarbaijan killing more than 250 people and injuring around 2,000 people./end
