Tatarstan President receives SCIA Vice Chairman

Kazan, May 27 (BNA): Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov received at Kazan Kremlin Supreme Islamic Affairs Council (SIAC) Vice Chairman Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Khalifa and conveyed greetings from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier. The (SIAC) Vice Chairman is in Kazan to take part in the meeting of the Strategic Vision Group. He discussed with President Minnikhanov ways of strengthening relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Tatarstan. He thanked President Minnikhanov for inviting the Kingdom of Bahrain to attend the meeting of the Strategic Vision Group "Russian and the Islamic World", stressing the importance of such gatherings which contribute to bolstering joint cooperation. Shaikh Abdulrahman bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Khalifa presented President Minnikhanov with a copy of Bahrain book of the Holy Quran. Commemorative mementos were also exchanged.
