Tehran cinematheque to screen “Fat Shaker”

TEHRAN,Oct.14(MNA) -- The cinematheque of the Iranian Artists Forum (IAF) will screen “Fat Shaker” by the Iranian director Mohammad Shirvani on Monday. The celebrated painter Aidin Aghdashlu, screenwriter Shadmehr Rastin and the film critic Amir Purya will review the film after screening. The film is about a father and his son. The older man is obese, unwell, and oppressive in his dealings with the younger, who is also deaf and mute. Enter an enigmatic young woman, who becomes an agent and harbinger of change.
