Thai Cabinet nods for block of financial support for terrorism

BANGKOK, March 17 (TNA) - The Thai Cabinet has endorsed a draft bill on blocking financial support for terrorism, as proposed by the Ministry of Justice. National Security Council (NSC) Secretary General Anusit Kunakorn told journalists on Tuesday afternoon that the Cabinet made the decision at its weekly meeting earlier in the day. Besides, the Cabinet gave the green light for the implementation of water management and road maintenance measures, to be funded by a total state budget of 57 billion baht, as proposed by the Water and Flood Management Commission (WFMC) and the Ministry of Transport in order to create more jobs in the national economy.
