Thai fishermen save Vietnamese man afloat at sea

RAYONG, THAILAND, October 12 (TNA) - A Vietnamese man has been rescued from the middle of the sea off Thailand's eastern Rayong (ระยอง) Province by Thai fishermen on Saturday morning. According to local police, initial questioning found that the 30-year-old Vietnamese man had sneaked out of Vietnam through a cargo boat for a job in a construction company in Rayong. The police have then handed the Vietnamese man to Rayong immigration officers for further probes and, probably, deportation. (TNA)
