Thailand Lost & Found FM91 Facebook page launched

BANGKOK, May 19 (TNA) -- Thailand's Ministry of Social Development and Human Security joined hands with Trafficpro Bangkok FM91 to launch the Thailand Lost & Found FM91 project, where the public would be able to report in any lost items via a Facebook page, an effort aimed to help retrieve any lost possessions. Minister of Social Development and Human Security Pol Gen Adul Saengsingkaew presided over the official launching ceremony of the project earlier today, where FM91 would act an a channel and medium through the social media in helping the public to retrieve any lost possessions. The minister said almost everyone must have experienced, at least once, of losing or forgetting something when in a rush. He said the Facebook page would assist the ministry in providing a platform for the public in need of help to getting back their lost personal possessions, as well as to help track down lost persons, such as the elderly. The minister noted that over 1,000 seniors have been reported to have gone missing in 2015 alone. He further noted that the platform would also provide another means of assistance for international tourists to track down their lost possessions as well as, stressing that the project would also help to promote honestly and kindness among the general public.
