Tourists pack chilly Loei province

LOEI, Nov 29 (TNA) - As temperature in Loei province has dropped considerably, enthusiastic tourists have packed popular tourist destinations in the province on weekends. Officials said visitors travel to interesting places for sightseeing atop mountains such as Phu Rua National Park, which is about 1,300 kilometres above sea level. The temperature at Phu Rue and Phu Kradueng stand around 13 degrees Celsius in the morning. Visitors who come together in a large group prefer to view sunrise amidst thick sea of fog and cool breeze. Ronnapop Kutchamart,chief of Phu Rua National Park, said about 1,000 tourists visited the park on Saturday while he believed as many as 2,000 people would come to the park this weekend. (TNA)
