MOGADISHU (A.A) - February 21, 2012 - Turkish doctors are curing Somalis in two field hospitals set up by Turkey in capital Mogadishu. Turkish Health Ministry Field Hospitals Chief Doctor Musa Temel told AA that they saw Somali people as a part of themselves, adding that they were doing their best to please Somali patients. Noting that an operating room was opened in the hospital on December 6, 2011, Temel said that they had performed nearly 400 surgeries in that operating room so far. Temel noted that they were checking a total of 1,200 patients every day, adding that they gave medicines for free which were brought from Turkey.
