Turkish premier meets Rupert Murdoch

ANKARA (A.A) - Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday received Australian-American media mogul Rupert Murdoch in the Turkish capital, Ankara. The meeting was held closed to the news media and it lasted over an hour. Turkish prime ministry sources said Murdoch had expressed willingness to increase his investments in Turkey, quoting him as telling the Turkish premier that Turkey was a very important country in terms of media sector.
