Turkish president: Syrian administration must make a preference

ANKARA (A.A) – Turkish President Abdullah Gul has said that Syrian administration must now make a preference. Their path is dark and frustrated, added Gul who held a press conference prior to his departure for Tunisia on Wednesday. When incidents exceed some limits in a country, it is no more a matter of that single country but a matter of whole humanity and international community, said Gul. Incidents in Syria have exceeded this limit, noted Gul, adding that many people were being killed in Syria every day. We no longer trust Syrian administration, said Gul, adding that Turkey wanted stability and peace in its neighboring country. Today, countries cannot get peace and stability under oppressive and authoritarian regimes, thus, Syrian administration must make a preference now, said Gul. Gul added that Syria should pay attention to efforts of international community.
